Document Filter Properties

Use these fields to create or edit a document filter.

Field	Description
Title	Enter a title for the filter.
Data Type	Select the data type for the filter.
Mode	Select whether to enable the filter in the DMS, DLM, or both. Alternatively, to hide the filter in both views, select Hide.
Label Text	Enter a label for the filter. This is the title of the filter as it appears to users.
Enum Name	Enter a name for the database column. This allows you to find the filter when you do a database lookup.
Display Name Template	Enter a name for the filter to display in documents that are created from templates.
Entity Class	Select the entity class to link to the filter.
UDF Class	Select the user-defined field to link to the filter, if appropriate.
Display Sequence	Enter the display order for the filter as it appears to users in the filter list.
