Document Pool Access Rights

You select one of the following access rights when you add a role to a document pool.

Field	Description
Read	Select this option to allow users to view and download documents from a document pool. Users cannot edit or publish documents to the pool.
Write	Select this option to allow users to publish documents to a document pool. Users cannot view or edit documents.
Read/Write	Select this option to allow users to view, download, publish, and edit documents in a document pool.
