Document Suggestion Properties

Use these fields to create or edit a document suggestion.

Field	Description
Lookup Type	Select the lookup type to display suggestions for.
Label	Enter a title for the suggestion as it appears in the DMS.
Entity Class	Select the entity class to link to the suggestion. This option is only applicable for entity lookup types.
Visibility	Select to display the suggestion in the standard view, email view, or both views.
Display Order	Enter the display order for the suggestion as it appears to users in the DMS.
