Manage Contract Types
When users create a contract management item for a project, they choose a contract type, such as RFI, NCC, and so on. You can add, edit, and delete the contract types that are available to manage contractual information for projects.

You can add a new contract type to use when managing contract information for a project. - Deploy a Contract Type
To save time, you can automatically deploy a contract management item type from a list of PIM processes. You can deploy a maximum of five item types per group. To progress, you will need additional information, including the contact roles for approval and completion (if required), a sender email address, and the document pool(s) to publish documents and emails to. - Edit a Contract Type
You edit a contract type to update its settings. After you modify the settings, you can choose to apply the changes to all existing and new items that users create, or just new items. - Delete a Contract Type
You can delete a contract type if it is no longer applicable. When you delete a contract type, any items that have been created against the type remain in the system for the purpose of record keeping.
