Managing Contact Records
Contacts can be linked to a number of record types, such as projects, enquiries, campaigns, opportunities, and so on. You can add internal contacts from your own organization, and external contacts from other organizations.
As a PIM contact, you can update your details, such as your contact methods, interests, skills, and qualifications.
