View Your Actions
You can view all your current actions through the Actions dashpart in the Personal Zone.
The Actions dashpart in the
Personal Zone provides quick access to all outstanding actions that are associated with you. This includes actions that are assigned to you, and actions that you have created and assigned to someone else.
Note: If the Actions dashpart is not displayed, click
to add it.
You can also view your actions via the Actions tab on your contact record.
When you view actions, you can filter the list to show actions within a certain date range. You can also filter the list to show only actions currently assigned to you (For Me), or actions that you have assigned to someone else (Passed To). After you update the filters, click to refresh the list.
To view a particular action, click . To view the details of a contact associated with an action, click the contact's name.
