You can publish up to 100 emails in your Outlook mailbox to the same location in the
DMS. If any attachments exist, you can choose where to publish them to. By default, attachments are not published as separate documents.
You must have the
Deltek PIM Outlook Add-in installed and enabled.
To publish existing emails to the same location:

In Outlook, select the email that you want to publish.
Hold the CTRL key to select multiple emails.

On the Outlook toolbar, click
PIM Smart Publish.

On the Publish Emails window, do one of the following:
- Optional:
In the
Description field, enter a description.
The description is displayed to users in the
Information Zone. When you enter a description, it is applied to all emails.
- Optional:
Click the Attachment tab.
You can choose to publish attachments as separate documents, either to the same location as the emails, or to different locations. Alternatively, you can choose not to publish attachments.
Note: The Attachment tab is only displayed if one or more emails contain attachments.

Do one of the following:
- Use the
Publish all attachments to list to select the same option for all attachments.
- Use the list to the right of an attachment to select an option for the attachment.
If you do not choose an option for an attachment, or if you select
Do not publish, the attachment is not published to the
DMS.

Click
Publish.

Review the information, and then click
Yes to confirm.
