Edit an Action for a Document

You edit an action for a document to update the due date, priority, assignee, and description.

To edit an action for a document:

  1. Navigate to the Information Zone
  2. Search for the document.
    For information, see Searching for Documents.
  3. Select the document that you want to edit an action for.
  4. In the document details panel that displays at the bottom, click the Actions tab.
    If the document details panel is not displayed, click to display it.
  5. Click for the action that you want to edit.
  6. On the Action Edit window, update any properties for the action, as required.

  7. Click Save.
