Create a Project

You can create a new project record to manage all aspects of a project.

To create a project:

  1. Navigate to the Activity Zone.
  2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Add Project.
  3. Click the Add Project link that displays on the page.
  4. On the Add Project window, enter the project details, key dates, and site details.
    All mandatory fields are highlighted in red.
  5. Optional: Under Classifications, click for any classification types that you want to assign to the project.
    Classifications define the type and scope of a project, such as classes, regions, sectors, and so on. You can also select one or more event stages, which define the project milestones.
  6. Click OK.
