Contents of the Contract Management Project Settings Screen

Use these fields to update the contract management settings for a project.

General

Field Description
Name This is the name of the project as it appears on contract management items, and in the subject of notification emails. You can modify this, if required.
Search Non Completed by Default Select this option to omit completed contract management items when you conduct a search for contract management items against the project. Leave this option disabled if you want to include both completed and active contact management items in the search results.
Project Logo This is the image that appears as the logo on contract management documents. Click Browse to add or change the logo.

Communications Set Up

Field Description
Report Template This is the template that is used to create contract management documents for the project. Usually, a global template is set for all projects. To select a different template to use, click Add DMS document.
Admin Notification Timeout This is the number of days that a contract management notification remains in the Notifications dashpart. By default, this is set to 10 days. Use the list to select a different value, if required.
Contract Administration enabled Select this option to enable the administration of the contract management process for the project.

Available To Project / Reference Offset

Select or deselect the contract management items that you want to make available to the project. For each item, you can set a reference offset for the reference of the next item that is created for the project. If an offset for a item type has been previously set, and one or more items have been created using the new offset, you cannot change the offset again.

If either the completor or approver system roles are changed in the general contract management settings, you can click for a contract type to update the completors and approvers on existing items.
