Use these fields to edit the default contract management settings for all projects.
Contract Management Types
Use this section to add, edit, and delete the contract management item types that are available for all projects. When contract management is set up for a project, contract managers choose the item types that they want to make available for the project.

Publish Emails
|
Select this option to publish all email notifications to the
DMS.
|
Email Publish Document Pool
|
Enter the name of the document pool that you want to publish contract management emails to. As you type, any matching document pools display in the list, and you can click a document pool to select it.
Note: This option is only available when you select the Publish Emails option.

Edit Type Groups
|
Use this option to add and edit the contract management type groups that are available.
|
By default, four groups are available. You can add additional groups to match your working processes. Click
to edit the type groups.
|
Maximum results in band
|
Define the maximum number of results that display when users search for contract items on project records. The default value is 0, which does not limit the number of search results that display.
|
If your organization uses contract management extensively, it is recommended that you enter a value in this field so that the performance is not negatively affected.
|
Email From Address
|
Enter a default email address to send all email notifications from. If you do not enter an email address, the email address of the person who actions an item is used.
|
Overdue Reminder Time-of-day
|
Select the time of day when to send email reminders for overdue items to recipients that have not yet responded to a contract item. Recipients only receive one Response Overdue email.

Default Settings
These are the default settings used for all new contract management items that users create. Users can change these settings when they create for individual items, if required.

Select the default report template from the
DMS to use for contract management reports. Click
Add DMS document to select a template.

Search Non Completed by Default
|
Select this option to display only active contract management items in contract management search results. You deselect this option to include both active and completed items in search results.

Select the logo to use in all contract management reports. This is usually your corporate logo, but you can choose any logo to display.

Choose File to select a logo image.
Note: Images must be 400px by100px (width x height).

Security

Administration User Role
|
Select the user role that enables users to modify the contract management administration settings. Deltek recommends that you set this to the F01 security role.

Default Calendars

Working Week Scheme
|
Select the working week scheme that your organization uses. This is used to calculate deadline dates. If your organization uses the standard Monday to Friday work scheme, Deltek recommends that you select Union Square Default WWS.
