You can assign access rights to a document pool for users linked to a contact role, and a specific entity class. For information, see Principle Providers.
To assign an entity contact role to a document pool:

In the
Admin Zone, click
Additional Administration.

Click the Document Pools tab.

Click the document pool that you want to manage access rights for.
Note: If you select a parent document pool, the same access rights are applied to all child document pools.

From the
Principle Provider list, select
Entity Contact.

From the
Access Rights list, select one of the following access rights to grant to the role:

|
Select this option to allow users to view and download documents from a document pool. Users cannot publish or edit documents to the pool.

Write
|
Select this option to allow users to publish documents to a document pool. Users cannot view or edit documents.
|
Read/Write
|
Select this option to allow users to view, download, publish, and edit documents in a document pool.
|

Click
Add.

On the Add Entity Contact Security Definitions window, use the
Entity Class list to select the entity class.
- Optional:
From the
Classification list, select the system classification that you want to assign access rights to.
If the classification that you want to assign is not available, click
Show All Classifications to display all classifications.

Select the contact roles that you want to assign the selected access right to.
To grant access to all contact roles associated with the selected entity class, select
Any Association.

Click
OK.

Apply Security.
