If a project already exists, but has not been created in
PIM, you can add a historical project to keep a record of it. This can be a current project that is still ongoing, or a completed project.
To add a historical project:

Navigate to the
Activity Zone.

In the
Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter
Add Historic Project.

Click the
Add Historic Project link that displays on the page.

On the Add Project window, enter the project details, key dates, and site details.
All mandatory fields are highlighted in red.
- Optional:
Under Classifications, click
for any classification types that you want to assign to the project.
Classifications define the type and scope of a project, such as classes, regions, sectors, and so on. You can also select one or more event stages, which define the project milestones.
