Add a Historical Enquiry

If a project enquiry already exists, but has not been created in PIM, you can add a historical enquiry to keep a record of it.

To add a historical enquiry:

  1. Navigate to the Activity Zone.
  2. Under Enquiries, click Add Historic Enquiry.
  3. On the Add Enquiry window, enter the enquiry details, key dates, and the main address.
    All mandatory fields are highlighted in red.
  4. Optional: Under Classifications, click for any classification types that you want to assign to the enquiry.
    Classifications define the type and scope of a project enquiry, such as classes, regions, sectors, and so on.
  5. Click OK.
