Vendor Search Table

This section describes the fields and actions on the Vendor Search table in the Vendor Invoice Mappings workspace.

Table Fields

Field	Description
Invoice Field	This field displays the path to the source element in the invoice document.
Field Name	This field displays the system's external name of the database field on the current line.
Search Criteria Type	This field displays the logical operator used in search conditions.
Parent Instance Key	This field displays the instance key of the parent.
Line No.	This field displays the line number.
Mapping Line Instance Key	This field displays the instance key of the mapping line.
Internal Field Name	This field displays the system's internal name of the database field on the current line.
Instance Key	This fields displays the unique identifiable key for the relation.
Transaction Timestamp	This field displays the date and time of the last change.
