Approvals by Employee Group Concepts

The Approvals by Employee Group workspace lets you view and manage approval tasks that are assigned to groups of employees instead of individuals. This is helpful when approvals are handled by teams, departments, or roles. In this workspace, you'll see a table that shows the type of approval, the group responsible for it, and any substitute or super approver groups that can step in if needed. You can also check the current status of each approval. There's a dropdown to filter by approval type and a search bar to help you quickly find what you're looking for.

If you click on an approval type, you'll be taken to a detailed view of that item. For example, clicking on Vendor opens a page with vendor information such as name, number, address, payment details, and other company-specific data. This gives you more context about what's being approved and helps you make better decisions if you need to follow up or take action.
