Approvals by All Concepts

The Approvals by All workspace is a flexible approval setup that helps teams move faster by allowing any user with access to a record to approve it. Approvals lines are created based on the current organizational hierarchy. Anyone who has permission to view the current records can approve it on behalf of the designated approver.

On the main page, you'll see a table that lists each approval by type, what it's related to (like an invoice or budget), and its current status. You can use the search bar or filters at the top to quickly find specific approvals.

If you click on an approval type, you'll be taken to a detailed view of that item. This page shows all the important information, such as the invoice number, vendor name, company, entry date, and amounts with and without tax. It also includes extra details like purchase order numbers, project codes, and the purpose of the transaction. This helps you understand what's being approved and gives you the context you need to take action or follow up if needed.
