Create a Conversation

Use these steps to create a conversation.

To create a conversation:

  1. Under the Setup menu group, go to Conversations > Conversations.
  2. Click + New Conversation.
  3. In the Create Conversation dialog box that displays:
    1. Enter a conversation type in the Conversation Type field or use the dropdown list to select a conversation type. This is a required field.
    2. If needed, fill out the other fields in the dialog box.
  4. Click Create Conversation.
