Update Documentation for Dela

Admin users can overwrite existing documentation to provide Dela with the latest information.

To update documentation:

  1. Go to Setup > Document Archives > Help Documents.
  2. Click Attach Documents.
  3. On the line you want to update, click Row Tools > Update Document.
  4. In the dialog box that opens, click Select files to open your file explorer.
  5. Select a file you want to upload.
  6. Click Ok.
  7. Once the file has been uploaded, click Upload Document to Dela.
    The system displays a checkmark in the Uploaded to Dela field once the upload is successful.
