Manually Process Imported Invoices

After completing the import process, use these steps to manually process the invoices.

There must be existing invoices available in Pagero.

To manually process an invoice:

  1. Under the Accounts Payable menu group, go to E-Invoicing > Inbox Entries.
  2. Use the search filter and/or the Search field to select the inbox entry created corresponding to the invoice imported from Pagero.
  3. Click Other Actions, then select Read XML File.
  4. Click Other Actions, then select Create Draft.
  5. Navigate to Accounts Payable > E-Invoicing > Draft Vendor Invoices.
  6. Use the search filter and/or the Search field to find the draft invoice you created.
  7. Click Other Actions, then select Find Mapping.
  8. Click Other Actions, then select Get Values from Inbox to retrieve mapped values from the inbox entry.
  9. Click Other Actions, then select Get Fixed Values to apply default or fixed values to specific fields in the draft vendor invoice fields.
  10. Verify that the correct values are displayed in the appropriate fields of the draft vendor invoice.
  11. Click Other Actions, then select Validate Draft to perform validation and check for errors.
  12. Click Other Actions, then select Convert to Vendor Invoices to finalize the draft into a vendor invoice.
  13. Navigate to Accounts Payable > E-Invoicing > Inbox Entries to check the status of the inbox entry associated with the draft vendor invoice.
  14. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Invoice Allocation to confirm that the vendor invoice has been created.
