Fixed Values Table
This section describes the fields and actions on the Fixed Values table in the Vendor Invoice Mappings workspace.
Table Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Field Name | This field displays the system's external name of the database field on the current line. |
| Format | This field displays the data type or expected format of the value |
| Field Value | This field displays the fixed or default value for the Field Name. |
| Popup Type | If the field on the current line is of the PopupValue type, this field displays the pop-up type to which the field belongs. The pop-up types are fixed in Maconomy, and are used for determining which options are available in the pop-up field. |
| Mapping Name | This field displays the name of the mapping. |
| Line No. | This field displays the line number. |
| Internal Field Name | This field displays the system's internal name of the database field on the current line. |
| Boolean Value | This format represents checkboxes in Maconomy. The values allowed are "Yes" representing a marked checkbox, and "No" (or a blank value), representing an unmarked checkbox. |
| Integer Value | This field can only contain figures. No decimals are allowed. A blank value imported will result in the number 0. |
| Decimal Value | In this field, you can specify a value with a decimal. |
| Amount Value | In this field, you can specify numbers with a maximum of two decimals. |
| String Value | In this field, you can specify a value that can be both text and numbers. This field has a maximum limit of 255 characters. |
| Date Value | In this field, you can specify dates that follow the format day, month, year. |
| Popup Value | This field shows the selectable values configured in the Popup Fields workspace. |
| Transaction Timestamp | This field displays the date and time of the last change. |
| Instance Key | This fields displays the unique identifiable key for the relation. |
