Create a New Asset

Use these steps to create a new asset.

To create a new asset:

1. Under the General Ledger menu group, go to Fixed Assets » Assets » Asset Home.
2. Click + New Asset.
   The Create Asset popup displays.
3. Enter the applicable information in the required fields.
4. Click Continue.
5. Enter the additional information in the required fields.
6. Click Create.
