Copy from a Mileage Sheet

You can copy lines from an existing mileage sheet. This action copies job and task numbers, but resets quantities and amounts to zero.

To copy from a mileage sheet:

1. Select the mileage sheet you want to copy to.
2. From the Other Actions drop-down list, select Copy From. The Copy From Mileage Sheet wizard displays.
3. Select the mileage sheet from which you want to copy lines.
4. Click Copy From Mileage Sheet. iAccess adds the copied lines to the current mileage sheet and automatically saves your changes.
