  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Additional Databases

Many of Deltek’s SaaS solutions have the ability to support one or more database instances of the application that can be used for non-production purposes. Some of these purposes include reporting, configuration, testing, or even development. For some offerings, additional databases can be purchased for additional subscription fees.

Additional Production Database Replicate (Test/Sandbox)

For Essentials, Flex, and Enterprise offerings, customers can purchase an additional production database replicate (or Test/Sandbox) that is housed on the production environment. This is treated like a production database for backup and retention purposes only. Availability for these databases and service level objectives will be treated the same as non-production environments. These environments can be used for reporting and configuration testing.
