Set Up Maconomy
You must set up Maconomy system parameters before you can take full advantage of BPM Reporting features.
Calendar Day
Universes and reports in BPM Reporting use dates that refer to the Calendar Day table in Maconomy. To use this table, you must specify a system parameter that identifies the starting date of the calendar and the number of years for which it should run.
To set up the calendar day:
- Go to Setup » System Setup » System Parameters.
- Use the search filter and/or the Search field to select Use Calendar Day Table.
- Enter values in the following fields:
- Provide a value in the Number of Years field.
For example, 50.
- Provide the start date in the following format:
M/D/YYYY.
For example, 1/1/1980.
The above example creates an entry in the CalendarDay table for each date starting with 1/1/1980, for up to 50 years.
- Provide a value in the Number of Years field.
- Click Save.
Split Week Time Sheet
You need to set up the split week time sheets to use BPM Reporting. Split week time sheets are mandatory when using monthly time reporting.
To enable the split week time sheet:
- Go to Setup » System Setup » System Parameters.
- Use the search filter and/or the Search field to select Split Week Time Sheet.
- Select the Split Week Time Sheet check box.
- Click Save.
