Info Center Basics and Searches

If you are new to GovWin Capture Management and the Info Centers, review the basics before you create and work with records for your employees, contracts, contacts, and so on.

In any Info Center, you can add new records. When you specify an identifier for the new record, GovWin Capture Management checks the database for existing records with the same name. If any exist, GovWin Capture Management displays the Potential Duplicate Records Found dialog box.
