Managing Activities in the Info Center

You can manage activities from the Customer, Contact, Employee, Lead, Marketing Campaign, Opportunity, and Contract Info Centers.

Use the Activities grid on an Info Center form to schedule and manage a variety of activities, including meetings, phone calls, and other tasks. The Activities grid also lists all of the activities associated with the record. You can review the details of any completed or pending activity to which you have security access.

The Activity Calendar, Activity Manager, Info Center, and Dashboard applications share activity data. This means that when you add, modify, or delete activity information from the Info Center, your modifications are immediately available in the other applications.

The only exception is that the Activity Calendar displays only phone calls, meetings, and tasks. To view other types of activities, you must use the Activity Manager, Info Center, or Dashboard.
