Activity Reminder Email Messages
An Activity Reminder email message reminds you about an upcoming activity. GovWin Capture Management sends the email message to the email address that was entered for you in the Employee Info Center. You do not have to be logged on to GovWin Capture Management to receive an email reminder.
To use email reminders, select the Enable email reminders check box on the Activity tab of the User Options dialog box.
Content | Description |

From | This is the default email address that is defined on the Email tab of General System Settings Configuration. |
Sent | This is the date and time that the email was sent to you. |
To | This is your name. |
Subject | The email's subject line says "Alert Notification from GovWin Capture Management." |
Go to Calendar | Click this button to open your Activity Calendar. |
Go to Activity Manager | Click this button to open the Activity Manager. |
Type | This is the activity type (for example, meeting, phone call, teleconference, and so on). |
Subject | This is the subject of the activity. Typically, this is a short descriptive statement, such as Initial Consultation, Planning Meeting, or Follow-up Visit. |
Activity Date | This is the calendar date on which the activity is scheduled to occur. |
Activity Time | This is the range of start and end times when the activity is scheduled to occur. |
Customer | This is name of the customer associated with the activity. Click the customer name to open the Customer Info Center record. |
Contact | This is name of the contact associated with the activity. Click the contact name to open the Contact Info Center record. |
Opportunity | This is the name of the opportunity associated with the activity. Click the opportunity name to open the Opportunity Info Center record. |
Contract | This is the name of the contract associated with the activity. Click the contract name to open the Contract Info Center record. |
Notes | This provides additional information about the activity. |
