Convert Customer Number Formats

Use the Key Convert Customer Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, or delimiter position for your customer numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your GovWin Capture Management database.

To reformat customer numbers:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Customers.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Customer Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run.
