Create Team Levels and Specify Label Formats

Use the Team Key Format utility to create the number of team levels your firm uses, specify the delimiter for the team code, and specify the length of the team label.

In addition to the general term "team," GovWin Capture Management uses labels to describe the categories of subcodes. Examples of labels you can supply include company, region, branch, discipline, and BD manager. You can change the labels at any time in Configuration.

Prerequisite: Back up yourGovWin Capture Management database.

To createteam levels and specify a format:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Formats > Teams.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Team Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run.

You can now assign a label to this level.
