Use the Key Convert Team Format form to change the team structure.

Display the Key Convert Team Format Form

You display the form in Utilities.

To display the form:

From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Teams.

Contents of the Key Convert Team Format Form

You specify the number of levels, the delimiter used, and the labels for your team numbers.

Field	Description
Team Levels	This field displays the number of team levels, up to 5 levels.
Team Delimiter	Enter the desired delimiter for your team number. The current delimiter for your team code appears for reference. A delimiter must be a special character, such as a period (.) or a comma (,); not 0 to 9, A to Z, or |. Delimiters are counted as part of the team number length. For example, if the total length is 6, the team delimiter is a period (.), and the team delimiter position is 4, the team number appears as 456.78.
Label	Click Insert to add a new level, up to 5 levels. Use the up and down arrow keys to determine the order of the levels (the first one is level 1, the second one is level 2, and so on). You do not determine the label of the level here. To add a new label to the level or change an existing one, go to Team General Setup.
Length	Enter the length of the team number level . The total length of all levels, including delimiters, cannot exceed 14.
Add/Remove from Left/Right	If you want to add or remove characters from an team number, you can use this feature to determine whether the characters are added to or removed from the left or right side of the number. For example, if you increase the total team number length from 5 to 7, you can then use this feature to add those two numbers to the left of the number: 12345 becomes 0012345. Conversely, if you decrease the total team number length from 7 to 5, you can then use this feature to remove those two numbers to the right of the number: 1234567 becomes 12345. The delimiter is counted as part of the total team number length.
Sample Value	This field displays the resulting format of the team number.
