Use the Integration tab to export contract data to Costpoint. Although the actual export process is controlled from Costpoint, the record cannot be uploaded unless it is selected here first.
This tab is available in GovWin Capture Management if you have a Costpoint installation and you have run the Costpoint Integration setup script against your GovWin Capture Management database.
Access to this tab should be limited to GovWin Capture Management administrators. To learn more about enabling the Integration tab in your database or implementing the appropriate security settings, contact your Deltek GovWin Capture Management consultant.

| Send to Costpoint
|
Select this field to mark the record for exporting to Costpoint. When the integration tool is run from Costpoint, the record is automatically uploaded.

| Sent to Costpoint
|
GovWin Capture Management automatically updates this field after the contract is exported to Costpoint. To ensure that this information is not uploaded to Costpoint again, keep this box checked and in Costpoint, select
Use Sent Flag on the Configure Project Upload Options dialog box.

| Last Exported
|
This field displays the date on which the contract information was last exported to Costpoint.

| Create Levels
|
Select this option if you want the integration tool to create the proper project (contract) hierarchy when the record is uploaded to Costpoint. This option does not need to be selected if the project hierarchy includes at least three levels, such as:
- 10100
- 10100.01
- 10100.01.001

| Default Project ID
|
Enter the default project ID that you want to apply to the record in Costpoint. Because this is a Costpoint ID, you must enter it manually in GovWin Capture Management.
