Choose Image Dialog Box

When you add hub records to a proposal, you have the option to insert placeholders for one or more images into the record. You can then insert graphics from the Links grid, Files grid, or your local computer to upload into the proposal.

1. 1. The user selects images for that placeholder for each record in the dialog. The user selects where the image will come from (links, files, PIM, pt location on computer). If the user selected file attachments, he sees a preview of images in that location and selects the correct one.

• Depending on the source, you have different options:
• • File Attachment: You see a grid with the images that are associated to the record.
  • Link: Shows a list of links in the links grid for this employee.
  • Local File: has the standard browse control where you can select a file. This control exists today in the CSV imports in settings.
