Business Development Dashboard
The Business Development dashboard enables you to review and analyze the flow of potential business through your pipeline. Use the charts and tables on this dashboard to ensure that opportunities are moving forward from stage to stage as they should, that time and dollars are not being wasted on unqualified bids, that efforts are focused on key customers and on high priority and high probability opportunities, and that your firm is winning the contracts that it should.
The dashboard provides at-a-glance comparisons of both current and historical pipeline by stage, with the ability to drill into the firm-wide data based on organization, client, or opportunity type. Also available are your year-over-year bid rates and win rates, calculated based on either the number of opportunities or the estimated revenue for the opportunities. Supplementing the bid and win rates are lists of the opportunities that your firm most recently bid on, won, and lost.

If your firm decides to not load the necessary pipeline data into the CFO Dashboards data model, this dashboard does not display.
