  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

2020 Calendar Year End (CYE)

Please use the below as guidance on which releases supported the 2020 calendar year end updates.

CYE for Costpoint 7.1.1 Customers

In order to receive 2020 calendar year end updates, Costpoint on-premise customers have two options. You must be on one of the following monthly releases in order to receive these calendar year-end updates:

  • 7.1.7 (released on 6/30/2020)
  • 7.1.12 (released on 12/4/2020)

If you are currently on 7.1.7, you must apply the 7.1.7.6 January 2021 year end hot fix. However, staying on 7.1.7 means you will not get any bug fixes released in subsequent releases that may impact your business.

Release Dates

  • 7.1.1 (On-Premise): MR 7.1.12 (December 4, 2020)
  • 7.1.1 (On-Premise): MR 7.1.13 (January 8, 2021)
  • 7.1.1 (On-Premise): MR 7.1.14 (January 18, 2021)
  • 7.1.7 Hot Fix (On-Premise): Hot Fix 7.1.7.5 (December 23, 2020)
  • 7.1.7 Hot Fix (On-Premise): Hot Fix 7.1.7.6 (January 28, 2021)

CYE for Costpoint 8.0 Customers

Costpoint 8.0 was released in September 2020. Deltek supported calendar year updates in a series of three releases:

  • 8.0 (On-Premise): MR 8.0.4 (released on December 11, 2020)
  • 8.0 (On-Premise): MR 8.0.5 (January 15, 2021)
  • 8.0 (On-Premise): MR 8.0.6 (January 22, 2021)
