Navigate via My Menu

My Menu provides shortcuts to the applications you frequently use without navigating through the entire Costpoint menu.

You can customize My Menu to include your most used applications.

To set up My Menu on your mobile device:

  1. On the Navigation Toolbar, tap or click , or, on the Navigation menu, tap or click My Menu.
  2. Tap or click Manage My Menu.
  3. Customize My Menu:
    • Tap or click Add Application Group to create an application group.
    • Tap or click Add Application to select an application for My Menu.
    • Select the Navigation Banner check box for an application group to display a banner at the top of your Costpoint screen that includes links to all the applications in the group.
      Note: You must have security access to create navigation banners. You must also have security access to applications to see their names and links in the navigation banner.
    • Tap or click the Edit, Order, or Remove icons to modify, reorganize, and remove applications from My Menu.
  4. Tap or click Save.
