The Service Requests application group includes the Manager Service Requests application.

Use this screen to create and manage service requests. Service requests store key information such as accounting values (Project/Organization/Account), services to be performed, components that will be needed to do the work and any work orders that are needed. Service requests can also collect material and labor changes that can be invoiced and posted.
