Maintenance Repair Overhaul
The Maintenance Repair Overhaul module (MRO) has the following main parts:
Service Requests: You can create a service request for any item that needs to be serviced or maintenanced. Service lines can be added that indicate the work that needs to be performed along with any components that are needed to do the work. Components can be loaded from a BOM as well. Parts and labor costs can be charged directly to the Service Request. Once complete, the service request can invoiced and posted.
Work Orders: When a repair or overhaul is needed, the service request allows for the work order creation. The work order can include service lines and collect, material, and labor charges. Once the work order is complete, it is relieved back to the service request to collect all the costs. The service request can then be invoiced and posted.
