Interactive Email Tab

Use the Interactive Email tab in Configure System Settings to control interactive emails for all applications. Interactive Email technology is currently supported only by the Microsoft product suite.

Note: The Interactive Email feature relies on Adaptive Card technology. If your company is using Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud High (GCC High), this platform does not support Adaptive Cards, so the feature is unavailable to you.
Field Description
Enable Time & Expense Interactive Email Select this check box so Costpoint can send timesheet reminders as interactive emails that allow users to enter or approve time and sign timesheets via email.
Enable Workflow Interactive Email Select this check box so Costpoint can send approval workflow notifications as interactive emails that allow the recipient to respond to the workflow activity in the email. For example, a user can approve, reject, or escalate a workflow activity and comment directly from the email. Clear this check box to send workflow approval email notifications in the standard format.

Enable Requisition Approval Interactive Email Select this check box so Costpoint can send notifications for the purchase requisition approval workflow notifications as interactive emails that allow the recipient to respond to the workflow activity in the email. Clear this check box to send workflow email notifications in the standard format.
