Costpoint Mobile App and PWA
The Costpoint Time and Expense mobile app, published in your mobile app store, provides access to the Time & Expense module only.
However, you can access all Costpoint modules and features if you use Costpoint as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your desktop or mobile device. When Costpoint is opened as a PWA, you can quickly access all modules and update your Costpoint data using a shortcut on your mobile device.
Aside from tablets and mobile phones, Costpoint can also be deployed as a PWA on desktops.
There are mobile features available in the PWA. These features are also available in the Costpoint Time and Expense mobile app. However, not all Time and Expense app features are available in the PWA.
An overview of progressive web applications and the steps on deploying Costpoint as a PWA on Android devices, iOS devices, and desktops are detailed in this section. Functionalities available only in the PWA are included in this section as well.

Installing Costpoint as a Progressive Web App
This section explains the benefits of using the Costpoint Progressive Web App on a mobile device and desktop.
You can use a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) to log in to Costpoint on your mobile device if your company has enabled authentication login for a PIN instead of a password.
You can change the PIN that you use to log into Costpoint on your mobile device.
Log in to Costpoint and automatically open applications using the quick launch menu.
Click the Mobile QR Code link at the bottom of the Costpoint Login screen to display the mobile QR code.
