Assigned Records Subtask

Use this subtask to view the subcontract and contract records that use the closeout format. Closeout formats are assigned to a record through the Subcontract Closeout tab of the Manage Subcontracts screen or the Contract Closeout tab in Manage Contracts.

Field	Description
Contract ID	This field displays the ID of the contract the closeout format is assigned to. The contract ID displays as a hyperlink that you can click to open the Manage Contracts screen and access additional information about the contract record. If you do not have the rights to access Manage Contracts and you click this link, Costpoint displays an error message. This field displays only when Application on the main screen is set to Contract or Both.
Subcontract ID	This field displays the ID of the subcontract the closeout format is assigned to. The subcontract ID displays as a hyperlink that you can click to open the Manage Subcontracts screen and access additional information about the subcontract record. If you do not have the rights to access Manage Subcontracts and you click this link, Costpoint displays an error message. This field displays only when Application on the main screen is set to Subcontract or Both.
Name	This field displays the contract or subcontract name.
Status	This field displays the status of the contract or subcontract.
Start Date	This field displays the contract or subcontract start date.
End Date	This field displays the contract or subcontract end date.
