  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Activity Instructions Subtask

Use this subtask to view the workflow case labels and values, and the activity instructions.

Contents

You can also use this subtask to review case labels and values to help you determine the information required to complete the activity. Also, if instructions were entered in the Activity subtask of the Manage Workflow Models screen for the activity, they display in the Instructions field in this screen. The instructions may provide guidance on how to complete the activity and/or note other specifics you may need to be aware of while working on an activity.

Field Description
Expected Duration in hrs

Use this field to enter a number of hours that you estimate it takes to complete this activity. For example, enter 1.5 for an expected duration of one hour and 30 minutes.

Case Notes

This field displays any special notes for a particular case of the workflow.

Instructions

This field displays text that tells you how to complete this activity.

Case Labels and Values

Use this block to view case labels and values associated with this activity.

Field Description
Label

This field displays the unique labels whose corresponding value helps identify the workflow case.

Value

This field displays the list of values that helps identify the workflow case.
