Use Personnel to fulfill the following tasks:

  • Establish a required forms checklist.
  • Establish training activities and schedules by employee.
  • Create a schedule of service awards and criteria for performance awards and track award information on an employee basis.
  • Track and maintain employee CEU credits, employee drug testing information, and employee grievances.
  • Design employee exit interview forms.
  • Include employee photos in employee data files.
  • Track company property, vehicles, documents, and employee security clearances.

This module contains a position requisition system with support for position descriptions and provides for online position requisition and approval. You can also update, add, or delete employee information using a single convenient application screen.
