Disposable Income Pay Type Exclusions

Use this subtask to specify the pay types that are exempt from the disposable income used to calculate the employee garnishment.

You can enter multiple Disposable Income Deduction Exclusions records for each Employee Garnishment record.

Field	Description
Pay Type	Enter, or click to select, the pay type which government rules mandate must be excluded from the garnishment's disposable income. When calculating the garnishment amount, the Compute Payroll application excludes the specified pay type's amount from the disposable income amount used to calculate the garnishment. This a required field when you add a new row to this subtask.
Pay Type Description	This non-editable field displays the description of the pay type code.
