BACK ORDERS

Use this subtask to view back orders for the item. The data here depends on the settings found on the Back Order Reservations group box on the Configure Back Order Processing Settings screen. This subtask displays data from reservations or approved sales order created for the item.

You can create reservation on the Enter/Manage Inventory Requests, Enter/Manage Inventory Reservations, Enter/Manage PO/Req Inventory Reservations and Enter/Manage Manufacturing Orders.

 

Purchase Order

This field displays the purchase order assigned to the item.

Release

This field displays the release number of the purchase order of the item.

Line

This field displays the number of the PO Line.

Description

This field displays the description from the PO line.

PO Line Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse in which the items for this purchase order line are received

Inv Abbrev

This field displays the inventory abbreviation associated with the purchase order line

Item

This field displays the item ID being inspected.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the item being inspected.

Table Window

Need Date

This field displays the date by which the part should be completed, reserved or shows its transactions date.

Reserved Quantity

This field displays the reservation quantity or approved sales order quantity.

Reservation Type

This field displays the type of reservation:

Order

This field displays the ID of the Reservation Type.

Reservation

This field displays the reservation ID.

Release

This field displays either the PO Release number. or Sales Order Release number.

Line

This field displays the transaction line number

Planner

This field displays the planner ID responsible for planning the inventory project or the one responsible for the manufacturing order, sales order or purchase order.

Requestor

This field displays the planner ID responsible for the reservation.

Requestor Name

This field displays the name of the requestor.
