Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Material Requirements Planning

Use Material Requirements Planning to generate and track planned manufacturing orders and purchase requisitions based on independent demand, inventory, order, and bill of material information.

This module also enables you to fulfill the following tasks:

  • Prepare action messages for planners on orders that may require modification.
  • Group requirements by project, and plan similar projects simultaneously, using netting groups.
  • Use reports and inquiries to review requirements and inventory status by project, part, or netting groups.

You can also run this module by warehouse. Material Requirements Planning can be run in Full-Regeneration or Net Change modes.
