Labor

Use Labor to control system-wide features such as employee ID length, workers' compensation input requirements, and to set up your posting accounts for accrued salaries.

You can maintain and establish parameters such as:

  • Timesheet cycles
  • Pay types
  • General labor categories
  • Union codes
  • Union locals
  • Workers' compensation codes

In addition to entering timesheets, you can use Labor to print reports that identify missing timesheets. You can also print reports that sort timesheet entry data by employee or by account. Other tasks include the following:

  • Establish and maintain company and employee allowance information.
  • Automatically generate allowances into employee timesheets.
  • Reverse timesheets and allowance information.
  • Automatically generate timesheets for calculation of retroactive salary increases.
  • Interface easily with Deltek's ET Enterprise system.

In addition, you can create and maintain union profiles, enter union crew timesheets, convert crew timesheets into Costpoint timesheets, purge crew timesheets, if necessary, and mass update union fringe benefits.
