Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Swipe Functionality

When you are in List View in portrait mode, you can swipe a record to the left and you can select between the More and Delete options that display.

  • More: Tap this button, and the actions available for the application display. For Manage Leads and Contacts, for example, the actions available are Copy Record and Clone Record.
  • Delete: Tap this button to delete the record from the database.
Note: The swipe functionality is currently enabled only in Manage Leads and Contacts. For Opportunities Quick View, the swipe function is not enabled since the screen is read-only. Both applications are available in Costpoint 8.0.
