Use this subtask to view the same information that is printed on the project status report. Use the Update Project Status Report Table screen if no information is displayed in this subtask for the period selected. If you run the process and still do not see data in this subtask, no charges exist for that period.
This subtask consists of one block, the Project Status Child table, and four subtasks. They can be used, as follows:
The Project Status block displays the rate type, fiscal year, period, subperiod, project, organization, period of performance, customer name, contract value, and total units and hours for the project displayed in the Project Status Child table window.
The Project Status Child table window displays the amount, budget, and variance by subperiod, period, year-to-date, and inception-to-date.
The Labor Detail subtask contains a table window that displays the period, subperiod, GLC, PLC, Name, transaction description, hours, amount, journal, journal entry number, voucher number, posting user, entry user, reference 1, reference 2, and transaction comments for the labor transactions in the Project Status Child table window.
The Transaction Detail subtask contains a table window that displays the period, subperiod, name, transaction description, amount, journal, voucher number, purchase order number, journal entry number, check number, cash receipt number, posting user, entry user, reference 1, reference 2, and transaction comments for the rows in the Project Status Child table.
The Pool Detail subtask contains a table window that displays the account, organization, subperiod burden, period burden, and year-to-date burden for the rows in the Project Status Child table window.
The Profits subtask contains a table window that displays the description, subperiod, subperiod budget, subperiod variance, period amount, period budget, period variance, year-to-date amount, year-to-date budget, year-to-date variance, inception-to-date amount, inception-to-date budget, inception-to-date variance, and total commitments for the rows in the Project Status Child table.
Use this subtask after you have run the Update Project Status Report Table screen.
Use the fields in this block to review the rate type, project, organization, period information, customer name, contract value, period of performance, total units, and total hours for the row selected in the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the rate type that you selected on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the fiscal year that you entered when you created the project report table.
This non-editable field displays the period that you entered when you created the project report table.
This non-editable field displays the subperiod that you entered when you created the project report table.
This non-editable field displays a project number for the project you want to review.
This non-editable field displays the owning organization for the project on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the start date of the period of performance for the project selected on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the ending date of the period of performance of the project selected in the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the customer name of the project selected on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the total units incurred for the project selected on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the total hours for the project selected on the main screen.
Use the fields in this group box to review the contract total cost, total fee, total value, and award fee for the project selected on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the cost portion of the contract value for the project selected on the main screen.
The contract cost, fee, and total value are entered in the Enter Project Modifications screen (Projects\Transactions\Project).

The contract cost, fee, and total value are entered in the Enter Project Modifications screen (Projects\Transactions\Project).
This non-editable field displays the total contract value for the project selected on the main screen.

This non-editable field displays the total contact value award fee for the project selected on the main screen. This value is the sum of the Contract Award Fee column from the Award Fee subtask of the Enter Project Modifications screen (Projects\Transactions\Project).
Use the fields in this table window to review the information that is printed on a project status report.
The information in the table window is broken down into several types of rows:
The first type is direct cost. First, all of the labor accounts are shown, followed by all of the non-labor accounts. Only those accounts that have had activity are shown. The description shown is the name of the account.
The second group is burden. Burden is summarized by pool. The burden can contain either actual or target indirect costs, depending on your rate type selection from the main screen.
The third type is profit and profit percentage. Depending on how revenue is recognized, they may or may not contain information.
Different columns in the table display actual or target costs (depending on the rate type selected on the main screen), budget information, and variances for the subperiod, period, YTD, and ITD. The subperiod, period, and fiscal year shown are from the selected line on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays the description of the transaction. The descriptions that display in this field are account names for direct costs, pool names for indirect costs, and profit for profit and profit percentages.
Depending on the transaction type, you can use the Labor Detail, Transaction Detail, Pool Detail, or Profits subtask to get more detailed information on this transaction.
