Use this subtask to view where standard text will be used. You can link the system-defined documents to the standard text codes in the Sales Order Standard Text screen.
Use this subtask when you need to see where this standard text code can be printed on the project's purchase orders. If you need to add or change the system-defined documents, you must do so in the Sales Order Standard Text screen.
This non-editable field displays the text code that was selected on the main screen.
This non-editable field displays whether the text will be printed on "External" documents, "Internal" documents, or "Both" external and internal documents. This selection is made in the Sales Order Standard Text screen.
This non-editable field displays the description of the text code.
This non-editable table window shows where the standard text will be printed.
Changes to this screen update the PROJ_TEXT (Project Text) table.
